The Veteran Coaching Network (VCN) is a veteran-led leadership and community platform designed to connect veterans, founders, executives, and mission-driven professionals who believe that access creates opportunity.

VCN exists to develop confident leaders, amplify voices, and create real pathways for growth through education, mentorship, and strategic relationships. Rooted in military values of trust, discipline, and service, the network brings together individuals who are committed to personal excellence and collective impact.

Each year, VCN convenes eight times, six virtual summits and two in-person experiences, to deliver practical leadership development, thought leadership, and connection across a national ecosystem.

Signature experiences include the Speakerpreneur Series: “Command the Room,” focused on executive presence, communication, and influence, and the End-of-Year Leadership Gala, which features a GUPPI-style pitch competition celebrating innovation while supporting founders, partners, and patrons across the VCN ecosystem.
